I called and emailed several times to see about possibly exchanging, my shoes for a bigger size. Prior to ordering there were no listings indicating “sizes may vary” or anything there of. I never received a phone call or email back which was upsetting, but it’s okay. I got what I paid for, pair of shoes just sitting in my closet, unworn.
